overall pleasant experience I had an overall pleasant experience. I ordered a very popular vehicle that took 3 months to arrive. While waiting, I had 3 different sales people a I had an overall pleasant experience. I ordered a very popular vehicle that took 3 months to arrive. While waiting, I had 3 different sales people as the first 2 left the dealership, but each time there was a change the new sales person reached out to me. When I picked up my new vehicle, I asked a number of questions and some of the answers given were not consistent person to person; however, I feel I ultimately got the right answers. There were some charges included in the price of the vehicle that I was never made aware of, but I worked with the manager to resolve this. There were ways to improve, but the overall experience was positive and I would use the dealership again. More
