We understand you were disappointed with the change in the deal, especially after making a trip from out of town. The reason the deal was adjusted was that we discovered the trade-in vehicle had a significant transmission issue that was not disclosed ahead of time. This kind of major repair cost was something we had to consider in the final agreement, and we aim to be fair to all of our customers in these situations.
