He found exactly what I was looking for and called me back immediately. By the time I finished my test drive Kyle escorted me to The finance department where Christian not only had all of the paperwork ready but set me up with the exact finance terms and payments I requested. From the time I arrived for the test drive to the time I was handed my new keys (including the explanation of car features) I was treated like a guest of honor given a white glove experience! He had everything ready for us so that when we arrived from Louisiana, the only thing that had to be done was signing the papers. On a whim, we stopped at Westside Lexus to check out their SUV'saba we liked the RX350L the best. The the dance of negotiating price began, the dance extended weeks due to an unfortunate death in the extended family that pulled us away from Houston for a week plus. Our sales contract stayed in touch, wasn't insistent about concluding the transaction. We worked with him + Sales Manager to reach a price point that worked for an parties. Then we went through the finance office and were met again with a level of courteousness and professionalism that we had not seen at other dealerships. Everything was explained in detail and we opted for some and declined others and left really happy that we were getting a great vehicle at a very reasonable price, backed by a dealership that cares about their clients long after the sale was concluded. We're happy across the board. Thanks Westside Lexus for being darn good at delivering an exceptional vehicle in a professional and courteous manner. Y'all are really impressive. More

First class staff, very clean service bay, polite and professional front line people, and a Super Cool, confident, and caring salesman by the name of Michael Gonzales who considers the customers needs first over his commission. My daughter and I was extremely impressed with Michael's humble demeanor, patience, knowledge, and ability to make the client feel you've been knowing him for years!. He got us exactly what we wanted at exactly the best price we wanted! Michael Gonzales is the salesman to ask for if you want the ultimate car buying experience. We closed the deal in a couple days and my daughter drove off in a beautiful Certified ES 350 Lexus! This guy is a 10+ as a salesman. Thanks Michael! ...
