My sales person was helpful, informative, kept me updated, which was vey helpful on a wait list vehicle. Very happy with the vehicle and the service he provided. However, I cannot recommend this updated, which was vey helpful on a wait list vehicle. Very happy with the vehicle and the service he provided. However, I cannot recommend this dealership based on their trade in practices. On a wait list they have you locked in, and regardless of what KBB, carmax, NADA show your vehicle as worth they show up with a pile of bogus reasons to lowball you, knowing that the waitlist vehicle can just go to someone else. Lexus makes a great car. John was great. Go elsewhere if you have a trade. More

Purchasing two cars within a month was a pleasure. John Loving took the time to understand my needs. We knew we wanted the IS 350 Sport, however we were a little unsure of purchasing the TX 350 Prem John Loving took the time to understand my needs. We knew we wanted the IS 350 Sport, however we were a little unsure of purchasing the TX 350 Premium. John spent the time with us. Gave us the opportunity to test drive. Answered my questions based on my prior research. John followed up with me as questions arose (yes plural). He responded to my texts and/or calls promptly. When the need arises, I will definitely call John Loving. More

John has always take great care of us on all of our cars and gone out of his way to handle any problems we have encountered. We had a car problem out of state and John had the car picked up by car hauler an and gone out of his way to handle any problems we have encountered.
