Christian greeted me promptly when I arrived for our appointment, and, after a friendly chat, we proceeded on a test drive where Christian pointed out the features of the automobile, in this case a 2019 Jetta GLI 35th Anniversary Edition. I was impressed with his depth of knowledge, and slowly felt more and more confidence in my choice, Back at the office, we negotiated the price. After I felt I had gathered sufficient information, I made preparations to leave, Christian, however, persevered and brought over Pat, the general manager. I was expecting the usual strong arm tactics, but was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of this man. After a most pleasant conversation, he then proceeded to take me through the numbers in depth, and demonstrated to me a level of transparency I have never before experienced at any automobile dealership. Based on this presentation , Pat's willingness to compromise on a few fine points, and my previous research, I transitioned from curious shopper to satisfied customer. Christian then took command, expediting my visit through finance, while simultaneously preparing my GLI for final delivery. The car looked fantastic as he brought the auto to the front of the dealership. Christian was meticulous as he ran through the features for a second time, after which I drove off an informed and happy Volkswagen customer. This dealer is highly recommended, just ask for Christian. More

We met Christian Lube in January 2020, when I needed a new battery for my Volkswagen and I was waiting for it. My husband and I were looking at different cars that were in the show room which I might add new battery for my Volkswagen and I was waiting for it. Christian came over to us, and started to talk to us about the different cars and also the Passat’s. Well bottom line we bought 2013 Passat SEL TDI on 2/22/20. My husband is very happy with his car. Christian was very knowledgeable about everything about a Volkswagen since he came from Germany and very professional. The experience was enjoyable no haggling, just honest and logic thinking & a few laughs. We appreciate the kindness that he show us too.
