My wife has been customer of VW of New Port Richey since we moved to FL in 2017. She has always been satisfied with the work. He supported everything they said needed work. I did save some money having him do the work however. I have wanted an EV for a while. Wasn’t too sure about the ID.4 but we got a fantastic deal on a 2023 lease and we love it! I strongly recommend VW of New Port Richey. If I had to name everyone we have had positive interactions with there, this review would be even more lengthy. Suffice it to say, EVERYONE was wonderful and treated us very well. More

I wanted to buy an inexpensive vehicle as a second car, since I do not drive a lot, but needed something safe and reliable when the wife was at work. We had already leased an Atlas through Volkswagen NPR previously and had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is very friendly and not pushy. I had Pat’s number and called him about a second car. I was in a Nissan Rogue lease with negative equity. In no time Pat found a beautiful used 2016 Passat R Line I loved and in my budget. He offered me a very fair trade in value for the Rogue and a price on the Passat that was exceptional. An hour later after meeting him at the dealership and I was driving something with a super warranty that I liked much better than the Rogue. The Finance Manager was great and very efficient at his job. I now have two Volkswagens and am extremely happy. These are the first Volkswagens we have ever purchased and won’t be the last. I have bought and leased cars all over Tampa Bay and have never been treated better than how The folks at this dealership treated me. They really go out of their way to make it a great experience and the service is exceptional too. Roger does a great job getting you scheduled and out ASAP. I shopped at other VW dealerships and I bought here because of their laid back pressure free environment. Best price, best customer service in town.
