My service team member was amazing. They kept me up to date with the process. I had just changed my coolant fluid prior to my appointment for my transmission fluid change. The thermo They kept me up to date with the process. I had just changed my coolant fluid prior to my appointment for my transmission fluid change. The thermostat didn’t open up to release the coolant from the reservoir, so it was about half quart low and they added it after going over the truck with no cost.
