So glad that I have John as my salesman had a problem with my 2020. He was Johnny on the spot got it towed in and then needing behold showed me a new 26 gave me a great value for my truck now I’m in a 26 with my 2020. My service team member was amazing. They kept me up to date with the process. I had just changed my coolant fluid prior to my appointment for my transmission fluid change. The thermo They kept me up to date with the process. I had just changed my coolant fluid prior to my appointment for my transmission fluid change. The thermostat didn’t open up to release the coolant from the reservoir, so it was about half quart low and they added it after going over the truck with no cost.
