So far, the 2020 Lexus 350 we purchased has performed well except for warning lights that came on advising that "Parking Assist" was not available. It stayed on two days and finally went out. It occurred on a Sunday and no one in Lexus was available for assistance. Otherwise, we enjoy the automobile. Our first service appointment was fine. We like the free vehicle wash benefit. It is one of the reasons we purchased our Lexus from Wesley Chapel. Don't remember who our service man was. He did not stamp our maintenance book as recommended. More

I was out of town when I had tro I'd like to Thank Mr. Christian Popp and all who helped with acquiring parts, performing the service and the porters. I was out of town when I had trouble with my NX. I contacted them about 15min before closing and they were able to get me in the very next morning at 7:15am. Christian kept me informed throughout my viist and repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion. During my visit I had a chance to check out their Omotenash Hospitality Cafe, very cool!
