I had looked at every SUV with a third row seat from Hyundai to Mercedes. Most sales people has no clue about the car they were selling. We came back to Paradise to look at the Escalade again and Christian went though all the features in the car with us. There was zero pressure. We decided to go ahead and get the vehicle. The sales process was easy and fair. While waiting for all the paperwork, me and Josh compared Clash of Clans bases. I tried to get some gems thrown in but it was a no go. Sales representative review. I would like to begin by saying this was not my first visit to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to purchase a new vehicle. My latest visit was on Thursday I would like to begin by saying this was not my first visit to Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac to purchase a new vehicle. My latest visit was on Thursday evening (05/07/2015). I would like to take this opportunity to personally commend our salesman (Christian RICKS). This was the second time I had the pleasure of having Christian assist me with the selection/purchase of my new XTS. Christian is such a great salesman. He has the perfect attitude, personality and pleasantness to do business with. In my opinion Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac is very fortunate to have him working for them. Christian is very sociable and is very easy to speak with. Christian is not a "pushy" salesperson. He doesn't try to force a customer into buying something they either don't want or need. I can't say enough good things about Christian RICKS. He is the best of the best. I will definitely recommend Christian RICKS to my friends/family and tell them to visit Paradise Chevrolet/Caddillac for the best deal. I would also like to take this opportunity to also mention and commend David CHAPMAN. David has taken care of all three of the Cadillacs I have purchased at Paradise Chevrolet/Caddillac. David does a great job and always takes a personal interest in any/all the cars I own and bring in for service. Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac has in my opinion the best staff of any dealership I've ever done business with. I leased a 2015 chevy pickup We were at Paradise about 6 months ago and talked to Christian. He demonstrated a 2500 diesel pickup and I test drove it. We could not get the price we wanted so we did not purchase one anywhere. On 1/22/15 we decided to lease a 1500 pickup. Our first thought was to call Christian because he had been so GREAT to us before. He was the same this time and we leased a 1500 pickup from him.
