We worked with Christian as we were trying to find the perfect car for me. Christian was very knowledgable, friendly, and patient in answering all our questions. We left that day more informed and decided to come back to the dealership the next day, only to find that the car we were interested in had sold. After some thought and an informative conversation with Lou Long at the dealership, (Christian was not available), we decided to special order the car of my dreams. Lou was awesome to work with-- he really knows his stuff and made the process of buying a car a great and a fun experience. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of ordering my car. He kept me posted on the status of my car, both by phone and e-mails. When I came into the dealership, (to ask questions, look at cars in stock, etc.), I felt welcomed by all the associates I came in contact with;my husband and I felt valued as a customers, each and every time we walked into the dealership or called in. The experience here was amazing! Jerwin was nice enough to point my boyfriend and I in the right direction of sales associates and we were teamed up with Christian Ricks who took extremely good care of us, to point my boyfriend and I in the right direction of sales associates and we were teamed up with Christian Ricks who took extremely good care of us, explaining in detail all answers to our questions and making sure we left with a full understanding of the Cadillac experience! We didn't end up purchasing anything as of yet but Christian was still willing to go through inventory and run numbers for us and in the near future we will be returning to work with Christian on the lease of a Cadillac!
