We decided on a 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss in Red Hot. From the moment we walked onto the lot, Mike greeted us with a friendly smile, and pleasant demeanor. His patience was dually noted while we perused the lot and viewed about 10 different trucks. He offered honest, reliable information on each one we asked about. Our test drive went smoothly, and didn't feel rushed like they typically do at other dealerships. When it came down to it, the entire process of purchasing the truck was incredibly smooth and not like the experiences we've had in the past. (Side note, the restrooms here were the equivalent of a 5? resort with all the amenities!!) Mike was a rockstar for us, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Excellent customer service and professionalism I have been a customer of Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac for the past twelve years. During this period of time I have purchased four cars. Each and eve I have been a customer of Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac for the past twelve years. During this period of time I have purchased four cars. Each and every time I have done business at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac, I am impressed with not only the dealership, but also some of the salesmen whom are employed there. My most recent visits occurred in December 2018 and January 2019. I have to compliment three outstanding salesmen whom assisted me, Christian Ricks, Jonathan Ramirez and Darrin Young. These three men are the best in the business. All three men are very courteous and professional. They all know their products and they are very impressive with their knowledge of the vehicles they sell. I have to acknowledge one in particular and that is Darrin Young who went out of his way to assist me during a minor mishap I had while on the sales lot. Darrin showed a lot of concern and went out of his way to insure my wife and I were well taken care of. I wish I could rate these three men higher, but I can only say I think they are all excellent to outstanding.
