Christian was a pleasure to work with. I knew what car I was looking for and he worked diligently to help me get the car I wanted in the price range I needed. Even when I left the title for my trade in at home he agreed to meet me closer to my residence versus me bringing it to the leadership saving me from having to drive the 19 miles back to the dealership. Christian’s initial call to encourage me to schedule an appraisal was very professional, and not pushy. Upon arriving, Christian helped make my wait during the appraisal process pleasant, keeping me posted multiple times on its status. Christian made me a fair market offer with a premium; another dealership I went to for an appraisal lured me in with exaggerations of a premium, then made an offer below market! I appreciated Christian’s straightforwardness. Because I was managing an out-of-state move, Christian worked with me to keep the offer open until I was able to deliver my car; this was greatly appreciated! After the sale, Jason Brdar followed up to make sure I had had a good experience; it is unusual nowadays to receive this level of customer service. When I expressed that I was having difficulty securing a rental, Jason offered me a loaner vehicle which as a bonus was a manual, and so much fun to drive!!! Taylor was very charming and funny while signing the loaner vehicle out to me. Moreover, when I inadvertently left my house keys attached to your Mazda 3 keys upon returning the loaner, Taylor immediately returned my call to confirm she had found my keys and to arrange for their return to me!
