I ended up purchasing an '05 Nissan Xterra that they had on consignment. I loved the can and the buying process was pretty easy. After purchase are when the problems started. I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a tune up a week after purchase and they discovered $2,500 worth of repairs the vehicle needed immediately. The left front axle was a main problem. Automotive Avenues didn't catch these issues when they took the car in, and I was livid that I may be stuck with the cost of this on a car I just bought. At my mechanics behest I called AutoAves and talked to then about it. Without hassle or tears, they agreed to repair everything at NO cost to me, whatsoever. I was floored that a business would protect their customer like that. The car was repaired quickly and I love driving it every day. More

New car from Auto Aves in 1997 we bought a new subaru. No hassles. No pressure. unfortunately a month or two later the car was totaled. fortunately no serious injuries. we got the check from the insurance company and went back to auto aves. again, no pressure, no hassle. you promplty brought us a brand new subaru from short line. it was nicer and slightly less expesive than the first one. we still have it and i'm using it. it has 315,000 miles on it. the only major repair was a clutch at 285,000 miles. Ok, We decided to buy a new legacy again at auto aves. Christian was pretty busy when we got there and warned us early on that he HAD to leave earlier than expected to pick up some kids. He took us to auto nation subaru to see the car we had in mind. we found what we wanted right off. we test drove it. we went back to auto aves and discovered that my wife had forgotten her purse with her driver's license, a vital element in finishing the deal. Christian suggested that we could pick up the car in a couple days. he had already warned us that his time that day was limited. we wanted the car right then and put the pressure on him and he went into multi task mode. we drove home to Bailey to get her license. when we got back the car was at auto aves waiting for us. need I say more? Good man, Christian. I even think he made it on time for the kids. More
