Hello, my name is Christian Spangler. I joined the Automotive Avenues team in July, 2010. My first buying experience with Auto Avenues was so amazing, I decided to leave the restaurant industry and take a new career path as a sales consultant. The consultant who assisted me at Auto Avenues made it so simple that I did some research on positions within the company and four months later there I was working for them. After working as a consultant for over 7 years, I was asked to join the management team. This has been an exciting transition, and has allowed me to support our amazing sales team. Outside of the office, when I’m not driving my two kids to sports, I try to enjoy all that our great state has to offer. I enjoy golfing, skiing and being outdoors as much as possible. After growing up in New Jersey and completing my degree in upstate New York, Colorado is officially home.

Christian was excellent!! I am 40 years old, so I have bought several cars in my lifetime. With that said, Christian was far and away the best dealer I have worked with. Great Experience I recently purchased our new 2014 Subaru Outback through Automotive Avenues. Christian was an excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. Financing department was also wonderful to work with, they were very thorough on explaining all the documentation. Entering the dealership, there was no one to greet us or direct us where to go. We encountered multiple employees but none made eye contact or asked us if we needed help. After asking the front desk for help it took over 5 minutes for an employee to come and help us. The first employee was Christian. He was condescending and rude and fit the stereotypical car salesman description. Exasperated, we left the dealership and came back a couple hours later. We returned and refused to work with Christian once again and were directed to Austin who was an extremely friendly, competent, and knowledgeable individual. More

In August the transmission went out on my car resulting in a tow and a rental. I am a home health nurse and could not be without a vehicle. As I left the rental facility I decided to check out Automotive A in a tow and a rental. I am a home health nurse and could not be without a vehicle. As I left the rental facility I decided to check out Automotive Avenues because it was close. I drove onto the lot went to the office and was introduced to Christian. I told him I do not do car shopping, I have this much cash, can afford this amount monthly, and here is my name, social security number and cell number; we then walked to the back of the lot I pointed out two cars that I would like and would meet my needs. I asked him to let me know if he could make this purchase work and with that I left ans went to work to see my patients scheduled for the day. At approximately 4pm Christian called and explained the purchase he had put together and asked when I could come to the dealership. At that time I was on Havana and 120th so with the traffic and time of day I explained it would take me a while but I would head that direction. He waited on me even though he had family commitments that evening. As soon as I got there he completed his portion and asked me to at least drive the care before I signed the papers. I drove the car around the building then went back inside to finish the paperwork so all could go home, including me. I drove the car home that evening, I had the rental for less than 10 hours. That was my experience of the purchase. But my experience with your company does not end there. My newly purchased car began making a funny noise much like the noise my other car made just before the transmission went out. So, back to Automotive Avenues I headed this is when I met Jerry, I explained the situation to him and honestly i was close to tears that morning, Jerry was calm and had me a rental and on my way within 30 minutes of my arrival. Christian came out to help me transfer all my belongings to the rental so my car could go to the car hospital. Jerry was courteous, kind, friendly and without a lot of conversation explained that I would be taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. I was in a rental about four days and two of those days were the weekend. Jerry had the rental company pick me up and deliver me to the rental. He told me he would let me know what was wrong with me car but remember that I was still under warranty. I was so relieved as I left the lot that day. That was my brief experience with your service department but it does not end there. On Wednesday of this week I picked up my car returned the rental to your company because your company per Jerry would return the car for me, again nothing for me to concern myself with. I picked up my vehicle transferred my stuff and took off to see patients, I reached 138th and Washington and realized I had left my wallet with $300+ cash in the glove compartment of the rental, this is when I met Dennis, who happened to answer the phone. I asked for Jerry, Dennis stated he was on the other line I then told Dennis my problem and explained how panic stricken I was, Dennis told me to hang on he would go see what he could do. In about 5 minutes he returned to the line and told me he had the wallet and would keep it for me until i returned to pick it up. I returned around noon to finally get the wallet and every dollar was there. That is the progression of my experience with your employees however there is one other area that the purchasing of my car led me to another introduction. This employee's name is Beverly I did not meet Beverly until I was back at the dealership with the current issue, but Beverly assisted me with the correction of my mailing address. When purchases are made the physical address is listed first, not a PO Box, and I live on a mountain where the mail is not delivered so I must use a PO Box. This oversight caused me to not get my payment book in a timely manner, and when I realized I had not received this necessary information and I did not even know how to contact the financial institution I again called your company and Beverly went to work. My information was corrected and I was given the number to contact the financial institution. She met all my issues in a calm and effective manner. Not one time did I feel like I was being a bother or no longer a customer. It is rare in my experience that a company takes the approach of working for the customer and making her feel important and significant from purchase through servicing issue to a personal property issue and each set along the way every employee is pleasant, helpful and friendly. I thank you so much for this pleasant experience -- while I do no shop for cars I am less excited about car problems but your company made this whole process not only tolerable but kinda nice. More

I showed up for a test drive on Saturday, and loved the fact that I was allowed to roam around the lot without a sales rep immediately clinging to me. When I found a car I was interested in driving, I was able to quickly locate someone to help me. He showed me the basic features of the car, and gave me the key to take it for a test drive. It was awesome that my husband and I were able to take the car out on our own to pay attention to the things that really mattered when doing the test drive. We decided to go to another lot and check out some other cars, and weren't badgered about that decision. Instead, Christian let us know how he could help find whatever kind of vehicle we were interested in, whether they had it on their lot at the time or not. After going to another lot, we were completely turned off by the traditional car salesman approach, and left quickly. We ended up contacting Christian and setting up a time to go back and purchase my new car. Within two hours, we had the entire process completed and I was driving away in my new car. I felt like I got a great deal, and the whole transaction was easy, unlike the last time I purchased a new car elsewhere. I would wholeheartedly recommend Automotive Avenues (and Christian) to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

Christian was awsome in getting the cars that I wanted to test drive. Even got one more over the same day I was testing the other three. There was no pressure to purchase that day. The staff was very courteous and friendly. After looking at Auto Aves website, we went over to the lot to look at the vehicles we were interested in and were not approached by anyone. Only after we contacted them did we speak with someone and arrange to do test drives. There was no pressure to buy right on-the-spot. This car-buying experience was the least stressful we have ever had. We will definitely recommend them to our friends. More

I had a great experience. I originally began talking with Katerina on the phone and she was very helpful. We scheduled an appointment, but she was out sick and Christian covered for her. The original Impala I wanted was sold while I was still thinking about it, but when I found another one I liked Christian knocked $300 off the purchase price for the situation. I've also been dealing with Mary in the service department. She has been very flexible in dealing with my car and the weather so that I can get my new car in to fix some paint scratches. More
