W Caveat Emptor. Decide on the service outlet for your Honda carefully. I have chosen to avoid Heritage Honda in Bel Air Md, and I’ll explain why. When my Accord was under warranty, it began to hesitate when I accelerated gently. I took it in for diagnosis and service. After a couple of hours, I called them for an update. I was told that they couldn’t find an issue, but could not continue further diagnosis unless I allowed them to perform a transmission fluid replacement at well north of $200. I explained the car was under warranty and opined that it was their responsibility to diagnose and fix covered issues. They refused to proceed unless I allowed the extravagantly priced fluid change. I declined. I should have walked away then for good. Another issue arose in the past two weeks. I have been taking my 2015 Accord to Heritage Honda in Bel Air since I bought it there five years ago. It has been nowhere else for service, nor have I ever had occasion to use the donut spare tire. I checked the trunk this week as I keep a lot of gear in there, and the spare tire was gone. As I had never looked for the spare, never had to change a tire and it has been nowhere else to service, logic led me to an obvious conclusion. You may infer what you like, I did. The dealership offered to sell me a brand new donut spare at well north of $300. Brand new Michelins, the full-sized ones on the car are about $250 each. The price was outrageous. I ordered a spare on Ebay for $116 shipped and taxed. I had asked for the loan of a spare tire as we ‘negotiated’ until the situation was resolved. I was flatly denied. Customer service is certainly not a priority at Heritage Bel Air. Buy a car there if the price is right, take it elsewhere for service. I certainly will going forward. More

Purchased vehicle here sold me this product called auto armor supposed to protect paint cost $1000 had paint chip after washing vehicle would not cover it dealer would not refund my money..Honda did cover armor supposed to protect paint cost $1000 had paint chip after washing vehicle would not cover it dealer would not refund my money..Honda did cover the paint under warranty but it took over a week. Their body shop tore a wire out of the wiring harness so the emissions light came on. Took it to another Honda dealer to get fixed. The service manager dose not respond to voice messages left numerous messages. They would not give me a loaner car while my truck was being painted. Went to Martin Honda in Newark Delaware for the wiring harness repair, they were excellent gave me a loaner car called me let me know what was going on with the repair. I will purchase my next vehicle there. More

Heritage handled all aspects of the repair and giving information for the insurance company in a professional and courteous manner We also appreciated the shuttle service since we did not have a way to information for the insurance company in a professional and courteous manner We also appreciated the shuttle service since we did not have a way to get back home or pick up the vehicle.
