5 5 Gage Ball is an excellent service advisor. Him and BMW of Ocala, always put their customers first. There's always a nice greeting, and smiling faces all over. Gage always takes care of all my issues that I might be having with the car, and I have never heard a 'no' or 'can't' from him. He goes above and beyond. Best person! Bobby Watts always does after service checks to make sure everything was to my content. And is a great guy also. James Jupiter and I speak from time to time about how my experience has been so far and what can he do to make it better. He keeps me updated about new cars. James is another excellent human, and it's just great to talk to him in general. Vitaliy Krutchenko wished me a happy birthday and I really appreciated the gesture. Another great guy.
