5 5 Gage Ball is an excellent service advisor. Him and BMW of Ocala, always put their customers first. There's always a nice greeting, and smiling faces all over. James Jupiter and I speak from time to time about how my experience has been so far and what can he do to make it better. He keeps me updated about new cars.
