Got the truck home and there were oil drops in the driveway. Tried to call the dealership but could never get a human to talk to. It took two days for the dealer to return my call and check out the Br driveway. Tried to call the dealership but could never get a human to talk to. It took two days for the dealer to return my call and check out the Bronco. It turned out to be residual oil from the oil change. The dealership should’ve done a better job cleaning up after the service. More

Very nice and friendly staff and always very helpful. I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. Had a problem with drivers side back wind I always get an appointment when needed and if something simple I can just stop by and they will help me. Had a problem with drivers side back window on Bronco that did not close properly and they took the time to show me how to fix it. More

I was impressed with Jones Ford service dept, especially when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day. Other dealerships it would have been a week a when I forgot an item that was needed to complete my service, they were able to fit me in the next day.
