The service department has been great. Christina always explains the findings and what to expect. Last time in for intermittent hard downshifts I thought it might not act up. Sure enough it didn't exhibit any issues and passed all the tests! A few days later it was 'doing it again', intermittently! Guess I'll drive it more to see if it becomes more regular. However, hate to risk damaging something. Chris is still trying to figure out how to get/apply the $80 military trie discount. Got a great base price on 4 Michelin tires back in May! Still, would like to get the military discount. I'm sure Chris will figure it out! More
