Our family recently returned to Escondido Hyundai to purchase another vehicle for our son, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Sales Manager George Bolanos for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and took the time to truly listen to our needs. We also appreciated that he recognized us as returning customers from our vehicle purchase in May, which made us feel genuinely valued. Our salesperson, Jordan, was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everyone at Escondido Hyundai went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, stress-free experience. After having a terrible experience at another dealership in May, the difference at Escondido Hyundai was remarkable.
