So I rushed over they got me through the finance side super fast. Adrian was my finance manager super cool dude got me what I needed and answered all my questions very good experience. If you’re going to Finance ask for Adrian! Even the manager George came out to say hi and talk to my wife and very nice guy clearly cares about how his customers feel when they leave. 10/10 will come back! As a former BMW Desk Manager, I'm not easily impressed. I was impressed from the initial contact with Helida. She was so nice and professional and exceeded our expectations. My goal was not to grind the desk, but receive a fair price for us as well as them and I believe that's what we accomplished. We have a few Hyndai dealerships that we passed to get to Escondido and it was definitely worth the drive from Murrieta.
