As a former BMW Desk Manager, I'm not easily impressed. I was impressed from the initial contact with Helida. She was so nice and professional and exceeded our expectations. My goal was not to grind the desk, but receive a fair price for us as well as them and I believe that's what we accomplished. We have a few Hyndai dealerships that we passed to get to Escondido and it was definitely worth the drive from Murrieta.
