The service took longer than promised and when it was all said and done, one of the main reasons for going here for service was for a slow leak in a tire. I stated when making the appointment, and again at t said and done, one of the main reasons for going here for service was for a slow leak in a tire. I stated when making the appointment, and again at the time of check in, that the one tire had a slow leak. We had purchased the protection plan that covered the tires. Inspections were due this month so I combined the visit. When I finally got the call that the inspection was done, they told me I need a new tire to complete the inspection. I then had to remind them that tires were covered. That took more time. Still waiting, I finally started walking around again when I saw my car parked in the parking lot, done. I had to go and find out what was going on. More paperwork and more waiting. I am not certain how long my car had been parked out in the lot finished, but the staff knew I was waiting there and should have been notified sooner. Very frustrating. More
