We were on vacation and had an unexpected problem with the alternator. Had the van towed to Greg May Honda. Christina, our service advisor, was very helpful in resolving our issue. just average service for sure. I had an appointment to begin with. Did not just show up. This was my first service check with a new car. I sat in my car in the service line for awhile believing someone w begin with. Did not just show up. This was my first service check with a new car. I sat in my car in the service line for awhile believing someone would come out to meet me for my routine service check in. (all other dealerships in town do that in my experience). No one did. Finally went in to the service desk to let them know I was there and there were 3 gentleman in an office just talking and 2 other people at the registers. No other customers there. Checked in and I gave the lady my cell phone number to call when ready, lady verified that with me and then when car ready she called my husband's cell. Service did not give me the warm fuzzies as I have grown to love with other dealerships in town. Employees pleasant enough in interactions but not very service minded. The cashier at checkout was very nice, friendly and provided good customer service. The service time overall was very good. More

Our first Honda purchased from Greg May Honda is now eleven years old with over 300,000 miles and still going strong. It's the primary reason why we purchased another Honda. We are extremely pleased with the dealership, the products that we've bought and the overall positive experience. If we should purchase another vehicle one can rest assured that it will be another Honda from Greg May Honda of Waco. More
