Longtime Customer Because of the OUTSTANDING Service I started with Flemington Audi in August 09. Now, I'm onto my third car from Flemington Audi. Our experience with Flemington Audi has been the best of any dealership, with whom we've had a relationship. Debbie Lotufo is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, friendly and reliable. She is very proactive about staying in touch with us and, following up on any questions we may have. It's always a pleasure buying an Audi from her. I've recommended several friends who have also purchased Audi's from Debbie. The entire car buying process at Flemington Audi is terrific. Dealing with Debbie, Doug Mathewson, Corey Evans and, for service, Christina Serafin, has been the best car buying and maintenance experience we've ever had. Keep up the great work! And when the problems were identified, including one not covered by warranty, they went above and beyond to solve, including reaching out to Audi Corp. to replace what might have been faulty rotors, gratis. My loaner was a brand new 2017 A8. Dealership is modern and clean. All tolled, they make you want to go in for service. More

We bought 2 cars! Thank you Ron Flemington Audi are excellent, and Ron Neall made buying 2 cars painless. My Audi lease was coming to an end and I was set on downsizing to a VW , to Flemington Audi are excellent, and Ron Neall made buying 2 cars painless. My Audi lease was coming to an end and I was set on downsizing to a VW , to no avail as my color and choice was not available. So I decided to buy out my Audi A5 cabriolet as I love the car. Whilst I was doing that my husband got to looking at an Audi Q5, his Ford lease was due to end. within a couple of hours we were the proud owners of the Q5, great terms, no hassle, a great 2 car buying experience. Check your car before taking delivery You can see from the other reviews that this dealership does care about giving good service. They seem to do well when all goes smoothly, however I found that they fall apart when there are bumps in the road. I bought a brand new 2017 Audi A4. At delivery I noticed some scratches in the paint. I was told they could be fixed no problem and I proceeded with delivery. On the ride home I felt a noticeable shimmy in the car and called the dealer. They said they would look at that when I came back to fix the scratches. Two days later I saw that there was damage to the front bumper, and upon calling the dealer was told the same. I unfortunately had to push to get an appointment to come back in for the fixes - they were not proactive in setting a follow up. I brought the car in and they had it for a week and a half. All four tires needed to be replaced as they had flat spots (apparently a bad batch) and new parts were needed for the bumper. When I came back to pick up my car, the body work was unacceptable. To remove the scratches they had wet sanded the paint deeply so the brown primer was showing. The bumper had very visible swirl marks where that was sanded. Frankly, they should have caught this before calling me back. They kept the car another two weeks. When I came to finally get my car back, almost unbelievably there were still scratches in the area that was repainted. Apparently the repainting of the bumper didn't go well and it was fully replaced. Again, this should have been caught and fixed before calling me for the pick up. When I returned a few days later, the scratch there were swirl marks. Rather than take the car back again (as things kept getting worse rather than better), I took care of the swirl marks on my own. In the end, I have a new car that still has some visible scratches. This also took the fun out of a new car buying experience. That said, they made an effort to get it right and made a car payment to cover the month that they had the car in their shop. I recommend two things to potential customers of this dealership: 1) Do not use Flemington for any body work. They outsource this work and based on my experience it is not unfair to call their vendors incompetent. 2) Fully check your new car before taking delivery. If you find any issues, refuse that vehicle and insist on a different car. More
