I just purchased a pre-owned 2015 Audi Q5 from Flemington Audi. The car is perfectly maintained and in mint condition. They were a pleasure to deal with from the initial inquiry, to meeting them and to drivi Audi. The car is perfectly maintained and in mint condition. They were a pleasure to deal with from the initial inquiry, to meeting them and to driving off with the car, all in the same day!!! Their internet department reached out to me, scheduled an appointment and had the car pulled up and ready for the test drive when I got there. The manager Peter immediately greeted me as I was walking in and called over Zaneta from the internet sales department who then connected me Josh in sales and he immediately took me on a test drive and was happy to answer all my questions. It was a seamless process. Sales man Josh was very personable and we felt like we knew him forever. I never felt any pressure from him at all. We agreed on a fair price and he handed me off to their finance manager Chip. Chip found me the best rate and the whole finance transaction was very informative but also very low pressure, he only offered me the coverages he knew would benefit me. Josh introduced me to Christina from service and she was also very helpful and informative. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. They also don't charge any bogus reconditioning/processing fees. Thank you all at Flemington Audi! More
