We were more than due for one of our regular services and we also needed a couple of tires. The service experience at Flemington Audi is amazingly smooth and pleasant. I love the dedicated, enclosed drive up bay that takes you to the service desk area. The waiting area is very comfortable and spaced well. And yes, the freshly ground coffee is a nice touch. But what really makes the service exceptional is the team members. We were taken care of by Christina and we had A LOT of questions for her. She was amazingly patient and clearly explained our options. We hope the management knows what a star she is. And Carlos checked us out later in the day; his professional demeanor is an asset of note as well. We choose Audi as a vehicle for several reasons - and service like this is definitely icing on the cake! More
