According to our digital vehicle inspection and service history records, a transmission flush was never performed or billed at our location, or has any record of being done at any Honda facility or aftermarket facility that submits records to Carfax. Our team recommends services based strictly on the current visible condition of the fluid (when able to see the fluid) and manufacturer mileage intervals to ensure your vehicle's safety. We always provide transparent inspections so you can see exactly why a service is suggested. Since we have already discussed this matter with you directly, we stand by the accuracy of our records and our team's integrity. If you have documentation from the other facility, we would be glad to review it for your peace of mind.

Understood and I want to make point clearly. Verbally I have mentioned transmission fluid was replaced just month ago and technician can verify or check the condition of the fluid thru overflow opening the drain plug slightly to drip the fluid. Also break fluid was done year ago which can be checked thru break fluid chamber. Sorry I cannot accept your answer. Carfax report which public and this form attachment is not possible. Thank you
