After numerous non returned phone calls to the dealership, my husband and I drove to there to discuss buying out my mother’s lease. Ben was beyond accommodating understanding and personable. They both deserve recognition for their representation of your dealership because we were very soured after not getting a call back to any of our attempts. They apologized over and over for a mistake they didn’t make which shows their professional and loyalty to your dealership. I came into the dealership very upset and with significant frustration over my vehicle, which would not start. From the initial phone call with Melissa, I felt heard. Bella, in service, was my first point of contact upon arrival and she handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. She listened to me and showed empathy. When I expressed my lack of confidence in the vehicle and that I would feel better in something different, she connected me with Bonnie. Bonnie extended the same behaviors to me. She listened, was empathetic and soothed my frayed nerves considerably. She also guided me through my options of something new without pressure. The feeling of being heard and understood did not end there. I received it from Christine in finance and every person that I came into contact with that day. Thanks to their support, I was able to purchase a new vehicle at a price point I felt good about.
