I’m very disappointed with the follow-up after my purchase. The engine light came on a week after buying the car. After speaking with my salesman, I brought it in and was told it was a simple EV sens purchase. The engine light came on a week after buying the car. After speaking with my salesman, I brought it in and was told it was a simple EV sensor issue that was repaired. Two days later, the light came back on. When I returned—at a time the salesman said he scheduled—the service department had no record of my appointment or my previous visit. Only then was I told the car needed to be taken to the manufacturer’s dealership because it’s still under warranty. Had this been explained from the beginning, I wouldn’t have wasted time traveling to Zeigler Infiniti in Orland Park. The salesman also claimed he contacted a nearby dealer on my behalf, but they confirmed no such call was made. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. More
