We bought our HR V Honda a few days ago and it was a great experience. Tony Oparaku was very professional and tentative to our needs. He was honest, easy to work with, and not pushy at all. This is my second time getting a car at DCH Honda and as always the service was exceptional and the staff were phenomenal! Joann Wehbe was my sales representative and she was awesome! She answered all my questions and got me the best deal possible with my budget. I came in looking to lease a Civic and left with an HRV, a car more suitable for my lifestyle! It was actually Joann who mentioned the HRV as if she knew it was better suited for me, and she was obsolutly right!! We had a great experience at DCH Honda of Nanuet. We worked with Joann and she was straightforward, professional, patient and courteous. The whole team involved in our purchase (Joann, the manager, the finance department, the mechanics who did the detailing work) made the process super smooth and easy. The customer service was incredible. I began my journey with Christine, she was able to assist me with the online portion of seeing what inventory was available. When I arrived to the dealership I was assisted by Tony. Tony’s professionalism and compassion while assisting me was nothing short of perfection. I was also assisted by the finance employee Mike. Mike was so patient and willing to help me finance the vehicle. All of these employees were so incredible I will definitely be calling them next time I am in the market. Thank you guys!!!!!! More

I had a genuinely pleasant experience purchasing a new Civic Hatchback from this dealership. After shopping around several dealerships in the NYC area, I came across DCH Honda of Nanuet and reached out vi Civic Hatchback from this dealership. After shopping around several dealerships in the NYC area, I came across DCH Honda of Nanuet and reached out via their website for a price quote. I quickly received one, and was put in touch with Christine. She was very responsive to all my emails over the course of a week, communicated very clearly, and confirmed details about a potential sale with a sales manager before I drove up from Brooklyn. Once there, I worked with Jean, Michael, and a manager whose name I didn't catch. They were all straightforward, reasonable with pricing, and didn't make the process drag on any longer than necessary with attempts to sneak in fees. The agreed upon price was honored, paperwork was handled professionally, and I was on my way in a few hours. I appreciate having a stress-free purchasing experience that let me take the drive home in my new car with a smile on my face. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking at a new Honda! More

My experience of purchasing a new car was tarnished at the end of the transaction and ruined my happiness when I was driving off the lot with my new CRV. The sales experience was great and I will write a the end of the transaction and ruined my happiness when I was driving off the lot with my new CRV. The sales experience was great and I will write a separate review but this one is particularly focused on the Finance manager who mislead and lied to me on multiple occasions. I received an invoice during the process where I asked for certain things to be removed such as Honda Care which I will not use and do not need. When the invoice came back it was off and I was initially happy. When getting the loan for my finance the Finance manager came over with my report and was going over my previous history with me to find a solution. I then let the Finance manger James know that I already have pre-approval with a specific bank that they work with and he assured me he will see it when he runs it through them. Now I'm thinking that all my wishes would be respected and that James will do his due diligence and finish the transaction with integrity, but boy was I wrong. James comes back with a breakdown of the payments and I see a $4,000 warranty on the invoice for the finance and I ask "Where is this warranty from?" and he tells me that it is a warranty the bank adds to protect the vehicle. Now at this moment I am reviewing everything in my head and since I received such great service from the sales person I'm thinking maybe this is something that is true and I accept. The downside of this is that warranty pushed the price of the vehicle up and increased my APR 2% which now has me slated at paying a crazy amount that I didn't even expect. The sad part is I went over the numbers my self with the bank and gave an accurate price to reflect what payments I should expect and this totally messed up everything. One may ask why I got the car still at that moment and to be honest it was because I got seamless service from the sales person and felt that I can trust the Finance Manager James because I thought I was in good hands. When I went to the finance department to sign the paper work I asked several times about that warranty and if I can get it off and he told me "If you pay the car off faster you can get it off". I've heard of horror stories from dealing with Finance Managers before but never thought I'd be caught. I feel so disgusted with this whole situation and the worst part is I live in Connecticut and drove all the way to Nanuet which is a 2 hour drive to purchase this vehicle. I use to live in the area so I felt as if this was home to me but apparently not. Now I have to go back to this dealership drive 2 hours to go and cancel this Honda Care and then drive 2 hours back home feeling disrespected all over again. I really wish that someone reach out to me to discuss this disgusting experience with the finance department. More
