After horrendous experience with McGrath City Hyundai's Pre-Owned Car Sales team ( Nasir, Jody Adams I am your typical fussy, hard to please customer. After horrendous experience with McGrath City Hyundai's Pre-Owned Car Sales team ( Nasir, Jody Adams, Armi Matienzo are exceptions ) I was not expecting their service team to step up and deliver. As a matter of fact, I was very skeptical of them to begin with. In my more glorious days in the past, I was a very pampered customer at BMW, Jaguar and Audi dealerships (West-Coast) I was expecting all that to change after I had downgraded my lifestyle and adjusted to being hitched on to the Hyundai bandwagon (since 2012). But, Christine simply did not leave me any room for complaints. This despite of the fact that another of her colleagues (no longer working at the dealership) had messed up by reneging on her commitments (faulty quote) and, delayed the delivery & services by almost 3 weeks. But, thanks to that episode, I got the opportunity to experience Christine's superior and affable customer service. She actually comforted my frayed nerves and put all my doubts to rest by diligently following up with me and updating me on the progress. In the end after 3 long weeks I walked out a totally satisfied and happy customer. Thanks to this superlative experience, I no longer miss my fancy associations of the past. Christine truly Rocks. P.S. My suggestions from Sales team skip everyone else and go to, Armi Matienzo, Nasir Mohammad and Jody Adams (not necessarily in that order). She was efficient, courteous and true to her word. I expected to go there and wait for someone to check me in. Didn't happen. I was taken care of immediately. I needed a rental car - again, I expected to wait. Didn't happen. I was taken care of immediately. When I returned the car the next day to pick up my car, again, I expected to wait. Didn't happen. Although I was there for quite some time because I had a few issues that required attention, she was very welcoming and informative which made the process a lot more smoother than any I've ever had to encounter with vehicle service. I even got to speak with my technician who was also very informative and welcoming. Although I don't quite agree with the pricing and politics of it all (in trying to get the consumer for as much as you can), it was the genuine concern within the service that made me want to recommend everyone I know with a Hyundai to this service center. Ack refers me to Christine in service, I talked to her before I brought the car in , on the phone she was very personable very knowledgable . I brought the vehicle on a Tuesday , the vehicle was ready Wednesday , NOW THATS SERVICE. Christine was real helpful, she's a GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY, VERY FRIENDLY, SHE WAS EXCELLENT, VERY KNOWLEDGABLE , VERY PATIENT, A GOOD KIND PERSON, I REALLY ENJOYED HER. She's very helpful.
