With that said, I must say that Christine Tonelli in customer service was great! She was friendly, efficient, and just seems to be an overall good person. She did make our experience better with her help, she definitely showed a sense of empathy which was very appreciated. Christine definitely does her job, and she does it well! It's a shame that the other empoyees here can't seem to have that same level of professionalism or kindness, such as our salesmen, Robert Gil who seemed uninterested and bothered by having to be there. The manager, Joe Falzone, seemed like he truly tried to rectify the unique situation with the vehicle we purchased, he was forthcoming and honest to the mistakes made by the dealership and took steps to make it right. More
