Corteuous, pleasant, informative ( knows the stuff). People say cars sell themselves. Not correct. People sell cars. I was close to buying to buy a vehicle ( in spite of relatively high price) stuff). People say cars sell themselves. Not correct. People sell cars. I was close to buying to buy a vehicle ( in spite of relatively high price) at Herb Chambers. I liked the vehicle and the sales force I was dealing with ( Chris , Niko) . I would like to haggle about the price but the whole fun was curtailed by dealership policy and we never entered price talks as I haven’t reached any consensus with my family. Money was simply repurposed for other goals. The most important element of the treatment I received in Herb Chambers was not demonstrating an anxiety to sell the car. Hence no pressure. Yet I was allowed to try and test drive. I’m confident the buyers will be back and they will buy. Will recommend when asked Mr Chris Anderson and the dealership. Kris Kundo More

As a woman, even in 2020, I still run into male sales reps looking to speak with the man, the "male head of household" but with Chr service received. Very impressed with the "no pressure" vibe we got with this dealership. We went in specifically to test drive one particular car and no one make any attempt to pressure us into taking a look at anything e this dealership.
