Then, bam!! ... Got a quick reply and Chris provided what we always hear in Sales (always strive to exceed customer's expectation). I was just asking for parts availability but Chris replied with all helpful info - availability, list price, sale price, complete parts number, shipping estimated cost, shipping eta!! ... I'm in Sales and I always get the order because I always provide everything what my customers need (not just answering what they need but all to help fill the need) and Chris provided that ... I'm in CA but i placed my order through Chris in NJ.
