The salesman was okay but needs improvement he wasn’t very attentive sometimes it almost seemed like we were just interrupting his day but he was friendly and seemed to loosen up a little bit. I noticed this same behavior with other salesmen to the manager and finance guys were flipping awesome they made me feel like they were working for me. I think that is what the salesman was lacking they need to know there input is helpful and weather it is used or not it shows they do care . And yes I will send my friends to the salesperson that helped me. Like I said he was nice I think he needs to loosen up just a touch ( a small touch) and he will start earning 5 stars . I am critical when it comes to salesman since I was one myself years ago . More

There is need for the Used Cars to be clean (internally and externally) when being delivered/(handed over) to customers. Not keeping them clean when handing over provides a bad impression on the customers and externally) when being delivered/(handed over) to customers. Not keeping them clean when handing over provides a bad impression on the customers and brings down the rating given to dealership whether it is a google rating or other rating. There needs to be total transparency on how long the Used Cars have been on the lot after the dealer received them. Lack of transparency results in a lower rating for the dealership. Customers of used cars will be interested in Service History, Manuals, Keys, Available or Active Warranties, Financial Options and when was it last serviced and what those details are. If a customer has to ask for such information it means that the dealership will not receive a good rating. The name and contact details of the Finance Manager needs to be shared with the Customer. Not doing so will result in a lower rating of the dealership. Other than these gaps Byers Used Car Dealership is good. More

Justin Price was Great explained everything when I picked up my grand Highlander. Surface department might need a little bit of help. I wanted a dash cam with Parking assist as shown when I built my Toyota o up my grand Highlander. Surface department might need a little bit of help. I wanted a dash cam with Parking assist as shown when I built my Toyota online. However, nobody in Parts could figure out what the parking assist was. They said that they don’t have anything like that. Also, I think they were in a rush to get the car prepared. When I brought the car home and was reviewing the features, the air pressure in the tires were at 45 to 48 psi. I didn’t know any different but my son said that it’s too high. He checked the door and they should be at 35 or 36. So he fix that for me. I think that could have been caught by the people that prepare the car for pick up. More

Byers makes it easy. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully. Pricing was good. My only suggestion would be to make the customer experience a little more like a guest in your home. Offer something to drink ( coffee, tea, water), maybe a snack , etc. .
