I am a returning customer, my name is Kenneth Hodges and my Mom name is Diane Hodges. I previously purchased a 2023 camry that was deemed a total loss due to the many deer that are here in Michigan. Yes, me my Mom name is Diane Hodges. I previously purchased a 2023 camry that was deemed a total loss due to the many deer that are here in Michigan. Yes, me and Mom drove from Detroit to Byers Toyota due to phenomenal cars with low mileage. My purchase was a 2025 toyota hybrid which I'm completely satisfied with. My sales guy Shayne Becker, in which he was my sales guy before as always is really knowledgeable and a good listener. He is patient and attentive to any questions/concerns. The finance guy Jimmy Palmer was helpful as well, explained everything so one can understand and answered any questions of concern as well. If you want good vehicles and a beautiful experience to close a deal, go HERE!!!! Byers ROCK! I'm completely SATISFIED! and WILL RETURN if in the market for a toyota. Hey, me and Mom drove 3 hours there and back, that alone should speak volume!!!!!!! More

Working with the sales team to find a good fit for our family was lovely. We got exactly what we were looking for, and came home with a well maintained vehicle for a great price. Unfortunately, my exper family was lovely. We got exactly what we were looking for, and came home with a well maintained vehicle for a great price. Unfortunately, my experience with the back office financial team has ruined the entire experience for me. I won’t return to Byers, and would not recommend them, simply because of the way this finance team has treated / handled my loan and warranty. Perhaps if you’re paying straight cash, you will enjoy this dealership! More
