I had a terrible experience with Schaller Honda. My car had been having issues since April, and those continued to get worse. Every time I brought the car (on which I had two years remaining on a bu My car had been having issues since April, and those continued to get worse. Every time I brought the car (on which I had two years remaining on a bumper to bumper warranty), I told the service tech to keep the car as long as it took to find the problem - I was always told I needed to pick it up and that “no fault was found with the car.” On one occasion, I was told the tech drove it several times a day over multiple days. However, my mileage was the same when I picked up the car. The final time I dropped off the car, because it continued dying and showing various problems on the dash lights, I asked to speak to the service manager, Chris. He asked me, not kindly, if I understand how many wires are under the hood. I told him I don’t, but that I’m not concerned with the number of wires when I am driving an unreliable and unsafe vehicle that won’t start when I am five hours from home. I then told him that while it may not be true, it feels as though Schaller Honda does not want to deal with this car. In front of my twelve year old daughter, Chris stated to me that he “doesn’t need any of that dick.” I will never return to any Schaller dealership, and would never recommend them to anyone. I picked up my car the next day, and traded it in for a Toyota. Nice to be driving a dependable vehicle again! More

I am not Jose! ! I have told you that multiple times, I have unsubscribed but nothing works - If your service to cars is like your administration - confusing Honda ! The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. (D Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. (Door lock was broken in the Locked position). New Britain police officer was there break the door down. After this ordeal, would of been nice if somebody from management would of apologized! More
