We are visiting the area from Nova Scotia and had an oil change done at the dealership. We were very pleased with service and the staff were great. My new 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid stopped running and had to have it towed in for repair, but was told it would take a couple of days to find out what was wrong. I called my salesperson Art and asked him to st have it towed in for repair, but was told it would take a couple of days to find out what was wrong. I called my salesperson Art and asked him to step in and see what could be done to expedite the needed repairs and provide me with a loaner car. Within hours I received a call from Chris the service representative who told me they had diagnosed the problem, but that it would be a few days for the part to come in. He said he had a loaner for me that day. I was relived to say the least! Chris followed up with me and I picked up the SUV yesterday and have been satisfied so far. More

I have a gas leak and I have gone to the dealership multiple times to fix. They tell me its something, they do the work and its not the thing they thought it was. Then my check engine comes back on.
