Dealerships are all the same and play the same games. Just when you hope you found a place that may be different. They pulled the same stuff. This isn't a comment on the people. It's really just an issue of the sales tactics dealerships employ that are dishonest and not in good faith negotiation. Luckily as a consumer I get to choose where I spend my money and I'm happy to say I found a Volvo at another dealership who didn't play games. This review was made at the end of 2022 and I expect tactics will change as the market continues to shift as dealerships will be fighting for every sale. More

Chris was fantastic to work with when we looked for a car. We came down from SLC because we did not want to work with the one Volvo dealer there because we had such a terrible experience with them. Best car salesman ever! Smart, quick, transparent. Logistics got weird, as I needed to be at dinner to meet family from out of state. A very disappointing experiencing! Car buying always has it's challenges, but this was by far the very worst car buying experience we've had...EVER. Think of every cliche bad thing you hear about car dealer it's challenges, but this was by far the very worst car buying experience we've had...EVER. Think of every cliche bad thing you hear about car dealers/sales and it happened with this dealer. No transparency, sneaky tactics, and we were even lied to about features of the specific car we bought. When we followed up about a couple issues, we did not get good customer service. No one seems to be communicating with other departments and it ended up being a huge hassle for us just to get an issue resolved. I would never purchase another car from this dealer! Prior to buying this car, we looked at another local Volvo dealer and it was a very nice experience. The only reason we didn't buy from them was because they didn't have the specific car we wanted in stock, but if we could go back, we would have either waited or made some adjustments to our request in order to support that dealer over this one. More
