It was 40 years ago when I bought my first new vehicle. That vehicle was a Nissan pick up truck from Kelly Nissan Beverly. Since then due to my financial situation I haven't been able to go to a dealership That vehicle was a Nissan pick up truck from Kelly Nissan Beverly. Since then due to my financial situation I haven't been able to go to a dealership. 3 months ago that changed and I decided to buy a new car. When I arrived at the dealership I said to the salesman that I wasn't going to go back and forth. I wanted the cheapest brand new car available. He showed me a Versa. I drove it off the lot 2 hours later with everything but a sticker, which I got 2 days later. The sticker was literally a 15 minute wait. Sadly enough I paid the car off three months later and the was totaled in an accident. The day I received my payment for the car I came back to Nissan Lynnfield. The salesman that took care of me was there. I told him what happened and that again I didn't want to go back and forth. I decided to go with a used vehicle and I gave him a number I was looking for. Again I drove the car off the lot 2 hours later. What was so special about this purchase was that the car Salesman was leaving to go on vacation the same day that I was there. He told me that no matter what he had to do. He would make sure that I was taken care of before he left that building that type of service isn't seen with many companies so this is a very long review, but everything about Kelly Nissan and the way I was treated was phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say about them as a group and I especially appreciate what my Salesman Chris did for me. I could go on and on and there are several things that I left out that was special to getting me into a vehicle as quick as possible without ripping me off or directing me in the wrong direction. I really enjoyed the whole experience at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, starting from the early stages of emailing with internet consultant Amber Kenison, and including the on-site interactions with the sales c Lynnfield, starting from the early stages of emailing with internet consultant Amber Kenison, and including the on-site interactions with the sales consultant Christopher Etheridge and manager Jose Portillo. This was my first time buying a new car and I only had an average amount of knowledge about the process, so naturally I felt nervous even thinking about walking into a dealership. However, I was received with a warm welcome from the whole staff, although it was late in the day and at no point was I intimidated by anyone there. Chris went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process in detail and also went over the car features as well as any other questions I had. At no point did I feel pressured to come in, or speak on the phone or make a purchase. Every step felt super natural and the team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this specific dealership to any friends/family not only because of the polite/knowledgeable staff, but also due to the abundant types of vehicles they have available. I purchased a somewhat special color (gray sky pearl) which wasn't available in nearby locations, but they did have it here, and also included the premium package I was interested in. Very pleasurable experience so far and highly recommend Chris and team to anyone looking for a Nissan! More
