Chris and Hayley were great communicators and provided pricing with full transparency - I never once felt pressured to buy any extra dealer add-ons - other dealerships could learn a great lesson here. Great experience at Rivard. I researched and found their advertised pricing was the lowest for the vehicle I was looking for. My local dealerships couldn't match so I was an o I researched and found their advertised pricing was the lowest for the vehicle I was looking for. My local dealerships couldn't match so I was an out of town purchaser. Despite that, the entire deal was smooth, and as advertised. They priced my trade-in, honored the pricing given on the new vehicle, they offered some additional dealer items but were respectful of decision not to procure them and had everything ready and done electronically for ease of pickup. Drove 3hrs to go get it and had a nice drive home in my new vehicle. More
