2020 Gladiator Writing this review is difficult for me, my experience was mostly good and I want to keep a positive relationship with the dealer since I’ll be having my vehicle serviced there. Sales sta my experience was mostly good and I want to keep a positive relationship with the dealer since I’ll be having my vehicle serviced there. Sales started as a 5 star ended maybe a 3. Chris Graf was good to deal with during the sale, follow up to get a tow bar removed didn’t happen. Several calls, emails and texts later, still no answer. It wasn’t till I called to speak to a manager when Chris answered the phone. Chris stated prior to delivery of the vehicle he would pick up the vehicle, have the work done and get me a ride back to the dealership. This didn’t happen either. Finance was 5 stars all the way, the process was quick and painless. A couple days after owning the vehicle the tire pressure warning came on, no big deal. Took the vehicle to a tire shop to get the pressure sensor repaired. Was told the tires were over seven years old, couldn’t be serviced due to being dry-rotted and unsafe. I then took the vehicle to the dealership to see what they said. Tire department and service people said the same thing, tires needed replaced. Apparently the safety inspection recommended the tires to be replaced, the sales team sent the vehicle out anyway. Service team: Ryan Swoll and Tommy Dusablon… 5 stars all the way. Ryan and Tommy worked to get the issues corrected, followed up on a few other concerns I had and got everything covered.. I spoke to the general manager, he apologized for what happened and said he would look into it. He explained it’s unusual for a five year old vehicle to go out to the customer without receiving new tires, let alone with seven year old tires. In the end, I’m grateful everything was made right, just aggravated having to waste my evenings, weekends and only days off, making several trips back and forth to the dealership and lack of concern from the sales team. More

The experience was awful. They did a bait and switch. There was an salesman the interfered in our transaction (implied he was a manager) got loud and used profane and derogat They did a bait and switch. There was an salesman the interfered in our transaction (implied he was a manager) got loud and used profane and derogatory language. When the truck was picked up the next day it was not washed or detailed. There was no one around to great the person I had picking up the truck. He even went inside and no one. The keys were left in the truck. The list of items noted as being replaced on the dealer maintenance was an out right lie. Buyer Beware More
