Chris Gunst was the salesman who approached us in a very non-pushy manner. He was informative and seemed genuinely interested in getting me a fair deal. There was absolutely no pressure, which was the deciding factor for me in making a purchase today. . I feel that Chris and Derrick (the finance man who patiently listened as my 8 year old talked to him about video games), truly had my best interests at heart. I would definitely recommend stopping by! More

I told him what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay and he put me in a vehicle I'll probably drive until the wheels fall off. Overall great attentiveness by the staff ranging from reception all the way up to management. I went in looking to buy a truck and a couple hours later I was driving home in it. If you're looking for a positive car buying experience I would highly recommend this dealership. More

When I called the first time in early October I already knew I wanted to factory-order a 2015 Wrangler in a particular color and with specific options. I saw no reason to go to the dealership in person and wanted to do everything quickly and efficiently via phone and email, which was accommodated without issue. I appreciated this respect for my time. Chris G. was very helpful initially, calling and texting attentively as well worked through the order. Within a day my order was placed, deposit paid (quoted and agreed to $2,000 but $2,500 was charged, later corrected at my request), and estimated delivery was early-mid December. One open topic was my desire to have heated seats, which were unavailable as a factory-installed option on Sport trim Wranglers, even with the Willy's Package that I ordered. Chris and I talked, texted and emailed about this. I asked him to help find me a solution to have heaters added after the Jeep arrives from the factory. Because MOPAR hasn't offered a solution since MY12, aftermarket solutions needed to be explored. Chris said that a local shop they deal with could install one. I asked him to help coordinate this for me so that the installation could occur pretty much immediately upon arrival of my Jeep. I am sure there had to be no question about my expectations, because every time Chris and I touched-based after the order was placed I repeated my interest in this topic. He always promised to get back to me, which he never did. I was actually a bit astonished by his lack of follow-through on this matter, almost as if he willfully chose to forget about it immediately after communicating with me. There were actually a couple other examples of Chris' poor follow-up skills. One time when we talked on the phone he suggested I consider having the store install the MOPAR rear-view camera. I initially wasn't interested, but as he spoke about it I started to reconsider. I asked how much it would cost and he didn't have a figure to quote. I thought it funny that he would try to up-sell me without having even a rough number at the ready. He said he'd get me a price and let me know. Never did. Lost sale. To my pleasant surprise, the Jeep arrived about a month earlier then I was led to expect. By the time I went to the dealership for the first time to take delivery I had given up on Chris to help me with the heated seats. He was pleasant in person and did a walk-around of the vehicle. Fortunately I had prepared a checklist of all the Willy's Package extra parts that were included, because I discovered that the tow straps weren't put into the vehicle at the dealership, as they should have been. Chris took care of it without issue. The gas tank was also nearly empty. As a good practice courtesy, it should have been filled or I should have been given a voucher for a tankful. Derrick Brickhouse handled all of the paperwork. He had everything nicely prepared ahead of time and this part of the delivery process went smoothly, taking about 20 minutes or so. He did disappoint me several weeks later, however, when I left him a voice mail concerned that I had not yet received any correspondence from the financing bank. It had been a full month since I closed on the deal and I knew my first payment was coming up soon. I simply wanted him to assure me that I should get something soon and that he would check with the bank to make sure. He never returned my call. About ten days later I did finally received mail from the bank. But another dealer staffer with poor responsiveness, needless to say. I took delivery of my Jeep on a Friday and asked Chris if I could pick-up my plates and registration the following Friday, before going on vacation. I paid the dealership a $75 fee to handle this for me and thought it reasonable to request it be done within a week. I reminded Chris a few days later, again making clear my expectations. Friday came and went with no word from him. On Monday he texted me while I was on vacation that my plates were in and I could come get them. I responded to mail them to my home. Two more weeks went by and I still hadn't received anything. Thursday of that week I spoke with Chris and he THEN looked into the matter, discovering that the plates were still at the store. He said they would be sent and should arrive by Tuesday. I insisted that they be overnighted for Friday. They arrived Monday, nearly a month after I originally expected them. No sense of urgency. Or apology, for that matter. Finally, and what really motivated me to write this less-than-glowing review, is Chris' lack of appreciation for me sending a ready-to-buy prospect his way. When I took delivery of my Jeep I told Chris that a buddy of mine coincidentally was also interested in buying a new Wrangler. Even though I hadn't been overly impressed with Chris' skill as a salesperson, during the immediate euphoria of getting my new Jeep I generously volunteered to give my friend's name and phone number, a few details about what he was looking for, and encouraged him to reach out quickly. Less than two weeks later my friend bought his Jeep from Chris. I never received so much as a text message from Chris to simply thank me for delivering a hot prospect to him! It had to be the easiest sale of the year for him. Just really crappy salesmanship. I told my buddy afterwards that I regretted connecting him to Chris because he didn't deserve the sale. I'm a chump for rewarding poor service. More
