He had an excellent knowledge of Jeep Wrangles, their options and variations over product line years, and he never at any time appeared to be trying to pressure us into making a deal. When it came time to close, Matt Velez in Finance was equally professional, and took the time to explain each extended warranty option without any hint of high pressure sales tactics so common at many dealerships. I will definitely check this dealership out again for our next purchase, and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. More

Specifically Christopher Gunst was the best member of the sales team. He was able to get me into a new car in 2-days (less than 2 hours), and that was not because he was pushy. He was instead very straight forward and is willing to work around you, finding the best fit for your needs. He will come in late and stay past closing time just to ensure your needs are satisfied. Last but not least, his client facing skills make every step of the way a pleasurable experience. Understanding, Accommodating, and Friendly! After having a terrible experience at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge and and a couple other Jeep dealerships in NJ, I made my way to NY. We first took a look at the used cars that they had available and made our way inside. A manager asked us if we were being help and called forth a sales man to help up (Chris Gunst). Chris was extremely friendly, understanding, and patient with all of my questions. After finding a car that I was interested in, we took it for a test drive. Chris was full of information about the different specs of the car. We then agreed to make a deal during which he brought over Chris Dooney. Chris Dooney was just as understanding and helpful as Chris Gunst. The whole overall experience was so refreshing compared to what I had previously went through at Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We made a deal and they gave us no issues with having to pick it up about a week later. We then spoke to Derrick Brickhouse about some final financial info and paperwork. All in all, the whole team was accommodating, understanding, and respectful I would ABSOLUTELY return to this dealership to purchase another car as well highly recommend it to others. More

Slimy Sales Techniques, No Thank You! Went in to lease a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I had built and priced it out online. Salesman was decent and understood what we wanted, but when he b Went in to lease a new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I had built and priced it out online. Salesman was decent and understood what we wanted, but when he brought in his 'manager', all changed. They offered 1/2 of the value of my trade in and the manager would NOT write down the sale price the lease was based on for the new vehicle. He just stuck to the monthly payment which is NOT what should concern you. I asked multiple times 'what is the price of the vehicle' and all they did was push the monthly amount. So I left frustrated, the manager quickly said, 'Well I can give you an additional $1,000 more for your vehicle.' Oh really, why did you not offer that before? Serious slimy tactics. Turns out all the #'s the manager gave me were almost double of what they should have been. For the LEASE he offered me, I could have BOUGHT NEW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I even called JEEP headquarters to complain. More

I went in on a Sunday and on Thursday I got news I was approved and came in to fill out paper work and take my new car home. Absolutley great service at Rockland Chrysler Jeep especially with the two gentleman that helped me. I am a very happy client and really do appreciate their assistance from getting me out my 1997 Rav 4 into a 2014 Jeep Compass. More
