Terrible service. I had told Chris the specific time I was coming in beforehand. He assured me that he would be ready for me at 2pm. There was nothing to negotiate. We were just buying out a lease that wa was coming in beforehand. He assured me that he would be ready for me at 2pm. There was nothing to negotiate. We were just buying out a lease that was ending. Despite knowing this, Chris was working with another customer when I arrived and had to wait. Then when he finally helped us we still had to wait for 4 hours while being told “it’s going to be another 15 minutes” about 5-6 times. I don’t understand why all of the paperwork was not prepared beforehand. Even if it was out of his control the courteous thing to do would have been to let us know “Hey, it’s going to be 4 hours, we can give you a ride home” or “You can come back tomorrow and pick the vehicle up”. Extremely unprofessional. At the end we had to stand within his eyesight to make sure that he was actually working on getting us out the door. The last thing we were waiting for was a car wash that ended up taking 30 minutes. I’m not sure why seeing that the car was already washed the day before. More
