Avoid This Dealership! I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealer I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received an offer that was $10,000 less for my trade-in compared to three other dealerships, including another Luther VW location. Frustrated, I sold my car elsewhere. After reaching an agreement on a specific vehicle and getting financing approved, we planned to pick it up. Hours before our arrival, I received a call informing me that the car had been sold to someone else. They failed to communicate that I needed to make a deposit to hold the vehicle, despite having all the financing in place. The lack of professionalism and transparency is unacceptable. I had to chase them for information, and it’s clear they don’t value their customers' time or commitments. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your car-buying needs. More
