They were willing to go lower on MSRP - but just a little. The vehicle was in demand, so I understand that stance. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in on their first offer. So no back and forth and no uncomfortable sales tactics (i.e. lying). I highly recommend this Luther dealership. I looked at a vehicle at a different Luther dealership that I would not recommend.
