I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sam Pack's Ford in Carrollton and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We were cared for by the exceptional team that immediately made us feel welcome and valued, even though we arrived at the end of the Cowboy game (a little grumpy from an afternoon of car shopping) and were there for one of their lowest priced deals- a Wrangler! What truly set Sam Pack's Five Star Ford apart was the exceptional service provided by the entire team as one cohesive unit. Christopher Kraus was our sales consultant, Scott Saveraid welcomed us, Joseph Walker discussed aftermarket options and finally we were taken to Luis Gonzalez in finance. Rusty Walls got it rolling on the phone and even sent a video of the Jeep. They were all so kind and helpful. Scott welcomed us as we came in and got us right over to Chris.
