I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sam Pack's Ford in Carrollton and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. What truly set Sam Pack's Five Star Ford apart was the exceptional service provided by the entire team as one cohesive unit. Christopher Kraus was our sales consultant, Scott Saveraid welcomed us, Joseph Walker discussed aftermarket options and finally we were taken to Luis Gonzalez in finance. Rusty Walls got it rolling on the phone and even sent a video of the Jeep. They were all so kind and helpful. Scott welcomed us as we came in and got us right over to Chris. We only knew because of the Cowboy jerseys that they were proud to have been given by the owner who they were happy to share was a great guy and again reminding us that ‘Sam Pack wants customers for life’. They were terrific and made it a great day. As we concluded the purchase, each team member stayed to congratulate us, reinforcing their commitment to having us as "customers for life." 2nd purchase over the phone; F-150 from Rocky and Trey. I purchased a new F150 over the weekend at SP Ford and had a great experience. The entire team I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The vehicle with the specs and color I was looking for was had a great experience. The entire team I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The vehicle with the specs and color I was looking for was not in stock, it was found at their sister store and Jose went to pick it up. After the deal was agreed on, Alexandra helped me with accessories. She was very knowledgable and confident of her products. I did opt to add 2 items. The last personal touch that stood out, as I was going to drive off Jose mentioned that Justin and Rocky wanted to say goodbye before I left. They all came out to say thank you and goodbye. That small gesture went a long way with me in how they view their customers. Jose, Rocky, Alexandra, Justin and Michael Thank You for your help and time. It's much appreciated. More

Fast Purchase I e-mailed David Keen, he responded that afternoon (Sunday). He was able to look at the inventory from home and felt they had what I wanted. I had given him a list of items I wanted on the F-150. I came in on Monday and he had the truck I wanted set aside. We settled on the price. I traded in a older truck and they gave me market price. I worked with Rocky Wall and he was a great help. It was a easy experience from start to finish. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from David. More
