Jared, Luis Gonzalez (finance), and Alexandra Benvenuto (accessories) were all friendly and professional and were never pushy. They each explained the various options available to me and allowed me to make the decisions, without any pressure and without trying to hide any dealer add ons or fees. Jared, in particular, was a true pleasure to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable and was friendly, genuine, honest, and professional. In fact, everyone I met that day was super friendly and helpful. I even had an enjoyable conversation after my purchase with Rocky Wall on the way out. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealer. Everyone from Jared Wingard(sales), Alexandra (accessories), and Mike(financing) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They clearly advertised any dealer add on's, they offered a fair trade in value, a competitive interest rate (beat USAA pre approval), and they did not try to play any games or hide any costs or fees in the deal. Once you are close to closing the deal they bring in Alexandra to go over any and all add on options you could want. She was very informative but also not pushy at all in trying to up sell you on anything. She lays out the items and the benefits (with visual examples on site) and leaves it completely up to you on what you may want to add. I spent weeks shopping around at both Ford and GMC, came close on deals at other dealerships but they all ended up trying to sneak things in or flat out lie.
