It was THAT great. I spoke with Jared over the phone, explained my not so ideal situation, sent all my vital info to him via text and after work I went to the dealership and I was driving away with my new car 45 minutes later. It was amazing. Jared was responsive, and so helpful he listened to all that I wanted and delivered it to me in record time. I will never buy another car elsewhere. I am a customer for life and will request that amazing man every single time!!! More

Five Star Ford is very straightforward and easy to work with. Where to begin… This is my second car that I have purchased from Sam Pack Ford in Carrollton. Once again RJ Robolloso and Jared Wingard rolled out the red carpet for me. Sam Pack needs to somehow work “Family” into their slogan. Jared’s style of salesmanship makes you truly feel cared for. It was freezing cold that day and he wasn’t fazed. Laura Munoz was also so easy to work with when it came to all the financing. Helping us understand those numbers isn’t always an easy task. I even called Jared and Laura to ask some more questions throughout the process. All this starts with RJ and the amazing team he has assembled. I’m incredibly loyal to them. More

He's outstanding about following up and spends time with you showing all the in's and out's of the vehicle you purchase. Reuben and Trey are beyond incredible and have always treated us like family and any referrals we've sent to them. They answer our calls and if we miss them and are very prompt to call us back.
